The recent approval of a special resolution by the OAS Permanent Council, has allowed the Department of Human Development, Education and Culture to work with its partner institutions to offer an abundance of Scholarships for Master's Degree and Professional Development in a variety of fields. The timing of this resolution requires that all potential awardees must apply before the end of November or earlier.
We need your help to disseminate this information as widely as possible. We ask that you please refer this information for your use, to your colleagues, friends, family and to anyone that might be interested so that these scholarships are awarded to those who will most benefit from them.
